We start all custom stamps the day that you finish your design or place your order. Most custom stamp orders are shipped the same working day or the next day. Stampeed stamps, however, are shipped that same day (as long as the order is placed before 3:00 pm EST. Use our tracking feature found in the 'Order Status / Tracking' section of the tab My Account.

We take security very seriously. For your security, we use encrypted payment systems (128 bit SSL) on our website so no clear text copies of your credit card number are transmitted over the internet. To make it easy to place a custom stamp order with us, there is no minimum order value or quantity.

Our responsibility for the shipment of merchandise ends when the carrier accepts the products. The customer must file claims for noticeable or hidden damage or shortages directly with the carrier. The filing of such a claim in no way alters the terms of payment due. All claims must be filed within 7 days of receipt of goods.

We know you will be pleased with our products! For stock rubber stamp items, we even give you 30 days to make up your mind. If you are not satisfied, just call us within the 30 days and we will collect the goods free of charge. For return requests after 30 days, a written 'Return Authorization' is required. Unfortunately, due to their unique nature, we are unable to accept returns of custom stamps, unless a defect in manufacturing is present.

The products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This limited warranty is limited to the repair or exchange, at our option, of any product that is defective.

Product specifications are subject to change without notice. Actual color of the of the stamp ink or the body may vary from those shown on the site, due to limitations of computer transmission and printing processes.

Since we are operating from Brooklyn, NY, USA, we have sales tax collection obligations for NY state. Which means, any shipments going to NY state will be taxable. If you have questions about tax on items purchased, please contact our Customer Service via email at customerservice@XpressMyself.com.
